IPrium releases 10.7 Gbps G.709 Coder/Decoder
FOGGIA, Italy, October 23, 2012 - FPGA intellectual property (IP) provider IPrium LLC (www.iprium.com) has today announced that it has expanded its family of FEC IP products with a new G.709 Codec IP Core for the G.709 "Interfaces for the Optical Transport Network" standard. The G.709 Codec IP Core is silicon-proven using multiple development boards and is fully compliant with G.709/Y.1331 Standard (as of 12/2009) "Interfaces for the Optical Transport Network (OTN). Annex A. Forward error correction using 16-byte interleaved RS(255,239) codecs".
Pricing and Availability
